Hunt Story
Started my day off at the baseball fields all day long in Dawsonville, to making it back home to Social Circle just in time for a last-minute hunt. Got in the stand and deer were everywhere. Saw several decent bucks chasing after does. Watched this guy come in from 700 yards. He started chasing after a doe and came within 120 yards then cut into the woods and popped back out around 300 yards. He started walking back toward me and finally got him to stop at around 250+ yards. He stopped right in between a fruit tree and some tall, thick brush. Had to get on him quick before he got away again! Probably one of the best hunts I’ve been on.
