Bartletts Ferry Fishing Report January 2014

GON Staff | December 30, 2013

Bartletts Ferry: Level: 1.4 feet below full pool. Temp: Low 50s. Clarity: Clear.

Bass: Good, according to tournament angler Dennis Hudson. “There’s been some pretty good fish caught here lately. The fish are scattered, and people are catching them a lot of different ways,” Dennis said. “A lot have been caught around the docks. Some days they are catching them on jigs, and other days they’re catching them skipping a Trick Worm under the docks. Some are also being caught throwing crankbaits on points. Others are catching bass crawling jigs deep, and others are catching them with jigs in brush tops. It’s taking about 16 pounds to win a tournament here lately.”
