Hunt Story
Around 5 p.m. I heard something running through the woods. I looked up and saw a tail flicker, but could not see a head or body. Waiting a few minutes the deer came up and around to my left side in a clear area. I could not obtain a clear shot at first, so I waited. The buck turned around and went broadside opening up a shot. I took my shot and the buck ran. About 25 minutes later my dog and I followed the blood trail right to him.
