Hunt Story
‘Baby Bull’ – 10-31-2018 I had been hunting this particular buck on my 435 acres in southwest Coweta County for 4 or 5 years in earnest. The last 2 years he was a solid 10-point that would have probably scored in the mid to upper 150s. Unfortunately, I did not kill him until this year when he had declined a lot due to age, a lot like me, and the tenth point not developing this year. His teeth were worn completely down. This was more than likely his last year. I feel blessed to have finally taken such a worthy adversary and wonder how many times he slipped by me without me even knowing that he was there. Good bye old friend, you taught me a lot!
