Hunt Story

We have had a terrible problem with wild hogs this year and haven’t seen many deer since gun season has come in. So I tried to figure out where was the furthest place to get away from them. It is an over-grown place where a fire killed the planted pines when they were small. Put my climber up to watch deer crossing. Found a couple of rubs a scrape near by. He stepped out of the thick planted pines about 100 yards, I presume looking for does. Took the shot and he fell right there.
