Hunt Story
I was sitting in my double buddy ladder stand with my dad Sunday morning, November 6, 2016. The wind was still and the air was a crisp 43 degrees. It was around 7:50 a.m. when I first heard the deer coming from behind my stand. He was running some does. I slowly turned to my left and noticed that it was a good size buck. I waited until he stepped into the clearing and then took my shot. He immediately dropped. I waited about 5 minutes, and then me and my dad got down to go and get the buck.
