Hunt Story
Last night, I was hunting out of a stand together. I harvested this 5 ½ year old, 9-pointer “chocolate horned” beauty with my Mathews Z73 Compound Bow. It was a 22 yard shot from 30 feet in the air. Perfect shot from a tough angle. The buck won’t score big numbers because of tine length. He had 5 ½ inch bases with 4 ½ inches between the brow and the G2. Our friend who sells the Buck Muscle, for summer feeding, came and tracked with his dogs.
