Got into stand about 6:30. Shooting light in woods was about 7:15 a.m. Saw buck walking from right to left. Buck came in to about 14 yards. Was broadside walking. I grunted with my mouth to stop him and shot. Hit a little high and clipped his spine. He dropped immediately. Deer was struggling. Got down from stand and shot 2nd time.
