Hunt Story
I made a blind out of a old pile of China berry trees past summer 104 yards from my food plot. I own 15 acres of hardwoods. At 5 that evening I was in my blind watching for deer to come for supper. At about 5:35 I had 2 does coming with a buck. The does started to eat, but the buck stayed in the edge of the woods watching the does eating supper! I guess he got hungry and came just far enough out, and I popped him! I never got a good shot for many days. Patience is the key. Make a clean shot, not a gut shot or hail mary shot. If you can not make a clean shot, go home back to Florida and do not come back until you learn to shoot and have some type of hospitality!! And please, please buy your hunting license. Keep up your good magazine, I wait every month for it to get here!
