Hunt Story

I was sitting on an old cut through road down from the blind me and my two sons sit in. I could hear something moving around, and a doe started to cross the ditch next to me. She was about 4 feet from me, but she stopped and stared, then backed down in the ditch and popped out about 20 yards down the road. She was very wary of me and was kinda on edge. She just kept looking in my direction, but she could not wind me. I guess it was the Tinks I sprayed all around my chair. Finally the buck stepped out about 30 yards from her, and that got her attention off of me and my attention off of her, so I slowly finished rasing the rifle and put the scope on the buck's off button. It has taken me 26 years to take a buck as big as this one. My brother in law said he could hear me hollering all the way at the truck.
