Hunt Story
We decide to go hunting when Landon got home from school. So we got into the wood around 4:15 p.m. On the way into the hunting area we spooked a doe and little buck and when we arrived at the blind looking over a food plot there was a 4-point standing there. We tried to slip into the blind but he bolted. Bout an hour later i was playing on my phone Landon said "There's a deer." There was a doe at the end of the food plot about 200 yards away eating. Landon was watching her and then he said "there another one coming out its a buck". I look over his shoulder and see a buck headed to the doe in the food plot. Before i could get shoot him out of my mouth BANG. Buck took off running, Could tell he was hit. Bout dark we walked down to where the deer was standing could not find any blood. Called our hunting buddy and cousin to bring his track dog to help. They came out and tracked the deer bout 60 yards and found blood. Tracked bout 100 yard the deer took a hard left. We went about another 50 yards and he was laying there.
