Hunt Story
It was November 15, me, my sister, 2 of my cousins and my uncle we were all on a 3 day public land hunt. It was almost 5 PM when I was looking towards the bottom and I seen something running, so I grabbed my rattling antlers, rattled them and snort wheezed. And about 5 minutes later this decent sized 8-pointer came up on the ridge staring straight at me. He stomped and went behind a tree. I hurried and pulled my gun up and as soon as he came on the other side of the tree I shot, he dropped right there and laid there with his head up. A doe went running behind him and he tried to get up to chase her but he couldnt because I spined him. Then he just slowly started falling over and died.
