Hunt Story
Me and my son were hunting out of a banks box blind that afternoon, we had a few small bucks chasing a few does around and grunting, but they ran off in the pines. Soon a doe came back out feeding in the food plot when all the sudden, she threw her head up and looked back behind her, then she made about 8-10 fast steps out in the food plot, I knew there was a buck coming. I grabbed my binos and was watching the direction she looked and as he walked up I confirmed it was my target buck that I was looking for and he worked a scrape to my hard right at about 85-90 yards. I turned the rifle that way immediately as far as I could, I tried to get on the scope but the angle was too hard right because I'm right handed and couldn’t. So he made a few steps out in the plot and started throwing his nose up trying to smell us, I got on the gun immediately and shot the deer left handed and dropped him!!! Thanks be to God!!
