Hunt Story
We have been watching this deer on camera for a long time. After a close encounter on opening day, we hunted this deer several more times. We got in the stand the morning of Nov. 16, and it started off fairly slow. My husband rattled around 7:30 and just a few minutes later the buck appeared at 125 yards. I took the shot and we knew it was a good hit. We gave him about an hour and found him about 70 yards in the woods. Thankful the Good Lord allows us to enjoy his beautiful creation.
