Hunt Story
My dad and I have been wanting to go hunting together, and this year I completed the hunters safety course so we finally could. We went on the hunt, and I saw the buck and knew I had to get him. I had a good prop, and I waited until the deer was perfectly lined up broadside, and lined up my shot right behind his shoulder, and took the shot. He ran off, and I went looking for him, I found him laying in the woods roughly 40 yards from where I had shot him. I am extremely grateful to have been able to shoot this buck as my first ever shot deer, and I am even more thankful my dad was there beside me.
