I’ve been watching the deer for over 3 years. I had no pics or sightings last year so assumed he was dead but found the sheds this spring. I shot him at 220 yards with a .280 ackley. I watched him 25 yards back in the woods for 15-20 minutes occupied with a doe. He finally came to the edge of the wood line to confront a smaller buck when I shot. It was a high shoulder shot so he was right where he stood. 223 pounds live weight on certified scales. Blessing from God.
