Hunt Story
After getting some daylight photos of the buck in early Oct, we waited until a cool front with a favorable wind. We watched a doe feed from 6:15-6:40. After a short break in the action, this mature 9-point walked out to feed. I put a perfect heart shot on the deer at 80 yards with my Thompson Center Arms .357 Maximum. He ran about 50 yards and expired.
