The first trail-camera picture I got of this buck back in late July had me thinking about this deer everyday after that. You just don’t see many like him at least around these parts. He liked to roam as well. Just when you think you had him figured out he’d relocate to a totally different area. I got the pleasure of seeing him once during bow season but no shot was presented. The spot I killed him at he was a mile away the afternoon before. I shot him right at daylight as he was feeding in a food plot. It was fun hunting him and kinda sad it’s over. Doubt I’ll ever get to chase another 6-pointer like him.
