I was invited by a family friend to hunt on his farm which he has trophy managed for many years. This was my second time hunting his property and he told me to kill whatever buck would make me happy as this would be my first buck killed with a bow. I had been watching a couple small bucks feeding along with a group of does when a nice 10-point made his way into the food plot but never presented a good shot. Soon after this buck came into the food plot chasing does and presented me with a good shot at 30 yards. This buck had never been on the landowner's cameras or neighbors’ cameras. I’m thankful for opportunity to harvest such a nice deer for my first bow buck.
