Hunt Story
I’ve never had a buck daylight on camera all summer and continue that feed pattern into opening weekend, until this buck. I kept waiting for him to change his pattern once he shed velvet but he continued daylighting morning and afternoon on 2 cameras on a 25 acre tract my dad owns. He was a little later then normal this morning on opening day, but by 7:15 he gave me a 30 yard broadside shot. The Sevr Hybrid broadhead did its job and he didn’t go 60 yards. It made it even more special having my dad and best friend with me during the recovery. An opening morning I’ll never forget.
