Three does came out in front of me. I lost sight of one doe. I saw 3 bodies and when 2 does moved out the way he was there with them. Shot him 20 yards with crossbow out of a ground blind. I checked for blood about hour later. So many emotions going through me. Found blood but I played it safe and came back in the morning. Found him expired maybe 50 yards from where I shot him.
