I was in a trailer stand converted into an enclosed box stand that I hunt every year. This was my second time in the stand this season. I had been watching about 5 does feeding in the clearing in front of me for about 30-45 minutes. I saw this buck come into the clearing from my left and mix in with does about 4:45. He fed with them for about 15 minutes before I could get a clear shot of him without a doe in the way. He was also beginning to walk away. I took the shot and he dropped immediately. Buck down! I texted my husband and son a picture and let them know what I had gotten. I couldn’t hardly talk when my husband called. This is the only buck I have ever gotten with stickers and the biggest for sure!
