Hunt Story
It was the first day of the hunt Joe Kurz WMA hunt. I had been watching a 4-point feed on acorns for a good while. It started horning a tree behind, I was watching it, then I turned to look in front of me and this buck was standing there within 30 yards. I slowly pulled up my Remington 30/06 and made a left-handed shot just behind the shoulder. The deer only ran about 20 yards and fell over.
