Had deer from daylight until he stepped out. Several bucks sparing and one chasing hard. Two of the bucks were mature bucks but weren’t my target buck. This one stepped out at 100 yards walking away down a long narrow road we have planted in plot mix. At about 125 yards he turned slightly and I realized he was a shooter. He wasn’t my target buck but was good enough. The pictures tell the rest of the story.
