Hunt Story

We were hunting a power line with a food plot on either side of the stand. At around 4:10, a doe came in to the plot to our left. I told Madison to get her rifle ready to shoot. She had her crosshairs on her and noticed she was acting funny (her words). She kept looking back to where she came from and was stomping her foot. I told Madison to keep the crosshairs on her but to hold on and see what was behind her. No sooner had I said that, she whispered "daddy, there's a buck"! I saw his antlers coming out of the tall grass and I told her to get on him. The doe flagged and jumped out a few steps further in to the plot and the buck followed her. As soon as he gave her a shot, she let him have it. He fell were he stood.
