New H&R XM16E1 stripped lower. These are great for retro builds. Non fenced mag release. Marked with H&R logo, wording is Property of US Govt. XM 16 E1, Cal 5.56 MM. These are built by the old Nodak Spud company. This is marked as a blem but I cannot find any blemish. $140
